Roser Products Custom Model D 3" Wrap Label Application System The Label Application System is designed for the application of labels to the sides of various straight sided cylindrical containers. This system includes a 3" Labeler, Wrap Belt Applicator, and Conveyor. The Labeler specifically designed for this application, includes a variable speed drive, power rewind system, photo electric label & product sensor, and floor stand. The Wrap Belt Applicator, installed on the conveyor, includes a variable speed drive, neoprene covered belt and product back up rail. The Conveyor is mounted to the labeler stand. It includes a variable speed drive adjusted to match the bottle speed as it travels through the wrap belt. The label feed is initiated as the container passes by the product sensor. The label is fed between the wrap belt and the container, as the container rotates through the wrap belt the label is rolled onto the product. The printer is initiated by the stopping of the labeler drive motor. When the feed stops the printer will cycle. **This unit has been tested for basic functionality. Unit has some wear from normal use. The plastic coating on wheels has some corrosion. See photos for details.
