Description

The Simco Gemini Profile Emitter Module System's flexibility allows easy positioning of emitter modules in the ceiling or where they are most needed in the cleanroom. The System is designed to minimize unidirectional airflow turbulence. Manufacture Specification Input:<28 VDC 2.0 watts nominal power; RS-485 comm. jack Output Voltage:0-20 kVDC, +/-10% for each polarity and ion output. Adjustable at each emitter by remote transmitter or system controller; for entire group by system controller Max Output Current: 5 A Connector: 8 pin, RJ-45 modular jack at each end of the emitter module Output Control:Automatic adjustment of ion output and balance by microcontroller closed-loop feedback. Controlled for each polarity at each emitter. Regulation:Output and balance stability independently monitored by an integrated sensor and microcontroller. Indicators:Two bi-color LEDs, one located near each emitter. Green indicates the respective polarity and duration of ion emission. Flashing LEDs confirm communication with the remote transmitter. Two Red LEDs indicates a Fault condition. Operating Mode:Selectable Pulse or Steady State DC operation. Emitters:Germanium for ultra-clean requirements; 100% tungsten for Class 1 compatible; easily replaceable Emitter Rods:10 length Sensor:Sensor voltage informs the microcontroller of the instantaneous voltage to maintain the chosen ion output. Control:Two rotary switches on back of unit establish a unique address. Mounting:Attaches to the "T" grid using snap-lock fasteners, stainless steel clips or inside many popular flush-mount ceiling systems. Emitters, indicators, and sensor project below the ceiling.
